Whether you want to give your customers to save on fuel, in-store purchasesshop articles, or a combination of both, all is possible. In the Loyalty dashboard, you can create and manage your different loyalty campaigns in a simple and efficient manner. Access to a dedicated loyalty customer website is part of Carlie Loyalty. Give your customers a saving card and make them register themselves on the website. You can create and adapt the content for the website yourself in the MyCharlie loyalty portal, where you can manage translations, and change text or images. (Sales) Dashboard
A clear overview of the sales of different products can be consulted in the Charlie Sales Dashboard. The dashboard is very user friendly and you can easily navigate through different categories and products.
Notifications
Apart from the different payment solutions, Charlie also offers you some extra security by connecting a series of sensors with notifications to your e-mail or mobile phone. An example is the connection with an emergency button, where you can receive a notification when the button is activated. This way you can take immediate action and reset the alarm from a distance for example.
Connection to FuelPos
The different Charlie application can, where applicable, be connected to FuelPos. Facilities in fuel retail stations continue to expand, with applications such as toilet gates, a good coffee machine and improved car wash facilities. All these facilities generate data that have to be processed. The Charlie Cloud solution makes it possible to process all this data in a central environment and make them easy to analyze. It is also possible to connect an extra network printer to your Charlie Pay function, e.g. a kitchen printer, when a sandwich is sold on Fuel Pos, a ticket is printed in the kitchenwhere the sandwich can be prepared.
